The search for the missing 29-year-old has stretched beyond a week as family and friends hold out hope of finding Petros Krommidas.

Krommidas, 29, was last seen April 23 around 9 p.m. at the home he shares with his parents in Baldwin, Newsday reported.

The search efforts for Petros Krommidas included ATVs, drones and helicopters, and members of the Marine Bureau in boats, according to Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman.

The clinical trial service was started over three months ago and is only available in the Northeast. The plan is to make it a national service by the end of this year.
