Liranzo, acquired alongside infielder Trey Sweeney, has done nothing but hit since joining the Tigers’ organization. He finished last season on a tear at High-A West Michigan, then carried that momentum into the Arizona Fall League, where he hit .375 with six doubles and two homers.
