Kelvin Michaúd Lewis (born April 12, 1988) is an American college basketball coach who currently serves as an Assistant coach at the University of Troy. He was a former professional player for 13 seasons, spending much of his career overseas.

Kelvin Lewis begins his second season as an assistant coach and director of player development in 2024-25. The 2023-24 season saw Troy win 20 regular season games for the third consecutive season, as well winning double-digit conference games for the third straight year.
