Mega Millions® tickets cost $2.00 per play. Players may pick six numbers from two separate pools of numbers - five different numbers from 1 to 70 (the white balls) and one number from 1 to 25 (the gold Mega Ball) - or select Easy Pick/Quick Pick. You win the jackpot by matching all six winning numbers in a drawing.

Aug 8, 2023 · After no ticket matched all six numbers drawn on Christmas Eve – the white balls 11, 14, 38, 45 and 46, plus the gold Mega Ball 3 – the big prize swells to an estimated $1.15 billion ($516.1 million cash) for the next drawing on Friday, December 27.

The ticket was drawn March 26 at a Monmouth County ShopRite in Neptune Township and matched the winning numbers of 07, 11, 22, 29 and 38 as well as the Gold Mega Ball number 04 and the multiplier number of 02.

The final Mega Millions® jackpot of August will be a big one! After no ticket matched all six numbers drawn Tuesday night – the white balls 16, 18, 21, 54 and 65, plus the gold Mega Ball 5 – the estimated jackpot for Friday, August 30, is $627 million ($309.1 million cash).
