These are the reasons we created OMF. To allow every Okeechobeeing a space to be their authentic self, to cultivate kindness, respect, and community between each other and the environment we inhabit, and to reach new connections and understandings through music, rhythm, dance, and the arts.

Sunshine Grove is located in Okeechobee County, and is less than a two and a half hour drive from South Florida's major cities, including Orlando, West Palm Beach, Tampa, Miami, and Fort Lauderdale. Sunshine Grove is a Soundslinger owned and operated venue that is home to the Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival.

Okeechobee Music Festival strives to positively impact the local community in which we live, dance, eat, play, and hold OMF. We take pride in our cumulative social impact and sustainability numbers over the years since it all started in 2016!
