Nov 3, 2020 · Historically, what ward (s) do you guys think was most dangerous? 5th Ward was notorious throughout Houston for it's violence, but 3rd Ward was gaining notoriety for crime starting in the late 80's and lasting throughout the 90s. 4th Ward had a reputation for crime, but it wasn't on the level of 3rd & 5th Wards.
