Resident Spotlight: Jade Whaanga Jade Whaanga is an Indigenous Movement Artist of Ngāti Rakaipaaka and Ngāti Rongomaiwahine descent whose work reclaims the Indigenous feminine body through dance as ritual. With a Master’s in Dance Studies from the University of Auckland, Jade brings deep cultural inquiry and embodied practice to her creative path.
