Ingredients • 300 g warm water • 130 g starter • 550–600 g flour (I prefer a low-hydration dough) so when the dough feels non sticky but NOT dry it is perfect • 20 g salt • Any spices you like! Honey chilli, shredded carrots, dried fruit etc Instructions Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly for 5–10 min
