For inmates in Texas prisons, most days are spent in isolation. One of the few ways inmates can communicate with each other is through an unlikely source – radio waves. Ramy Hozaifeh serves as the DJ for 106.5 The Tank, a radio station within the walls of the Polunsky Unit in Livingston, TX. His unique connection to his fellow inmates has brought hope and light into a dark place.
