31 DAYS. 155K. 5K EVERY SINGLE DAY. 🏃‍♂️💙 This October, I’m taking on the challenge of running 5K every single day for 31 days, covering 155K in total. But this isn’t about pace, PBs or medals. Das hängt natürlich von Distanz, Tempo, Dauer und deinem Magen ab. Ich persönlich fahre im Marathon mit einem ziemlich einfachen System: alle 30 Minuten ein Gel. Je nach Gel komme ich damit auf ungefähr 40–45 g Kohlenhydrate pro Gel. Deshalb nehme ich meistens 6 Gels 1 Ersatzgel mit. Das Ersatzgel ist einfach für den Fall, dass mal eins verloren geht oder irgendwas nicht nach Plan läuft. 😂 💧 Wichtig: Testet eure Gels unbedingt im Training.
