Whether it's a job of 50 or 5000, every single needle & seat is leak tested in our factory, prior to carb assembly. Did you know that the original versions were a brass body and used a steel needle? These were replaced in the 70's by the current brass needle with a viton tip, which is far superior to any other type on the market including the double Ball type.
