Biceps Workout Dumbbell Curl • here I begin with alternating supinated curls, moving to hammer curls as I fatigue. Start the exercise with the dumbbells by your sides. Choose one & bring it upward internally rotating your wrist as you do. Stop once the dumbbell reaches shoulder height. Alternate from one side to the other until fatigue. Then proceed to hammer curls. Maintaining a neutral hand position & bringing the dumbbell to approximately chest level. #workout #fitness #bodybuilding #gym #fit
