This week begins Puppy Mill Action Week! 📆 #DidYouKnow According to TDLR records, between 2016-2019, there were 466 complaints about breeders. Only 20 of those complaints were against current TDLR licensed holders. Over 400 complaints surrounded UNLICENSED breeders!
