A Singapore animated film that took 10 years to make has achieved a historic milestone for local animation. The Violinist became the first Singapore-produced animated feature to win the Cristal Award for Best Feature Film at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival, widely regarded as the world's biggest and most prestigious animation festival.
