A large fire at the Ghazipur landfill in New Dehli, India, left heavy plumes of smoke hanging in the air Tuesday as many residents in the capital city felt the health effects of the incident. The blaze that began late Sunday is now largely under control, according to local reports. Some people who were impacted by the blaze described burning eyes and trouble breathing.
