The Dáil has been adjourned amid chaotic scenes as the opposition attempted to disrupt changes by the Irish Government to speaking time slots. Ceann Comhairle Verona Murphy asked TDs to vote on proposals to change the Dail’s standing orders half-an-hour after adjourning matters amid chaotic disruptions.
