In Jamestown, North Dakota, a teacher and volunteer firefighter has been arrested for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a student for one to two years. According to Jamestown Police, 45-year-old Michael Romans was arrested and booked into the Stutsman County Correctional Center. He is currently awaiting formal charges.
